The Fight for the Rubber Stamp

I stumbled across this video this morning. Though this takes place in Spain, it still rang hilariously true to me in the bureaucratic debacles I have experienced here in Italy. It is tongue in cheek - but nonetheless - this video is not an exaggeration for Spain, and the experience Italy is exactly the same!
